National Express coach services in Poole have been using a new facility since Monday 11 January 2010.

The recently upgraded Seldown Coach Park is the new departure and arrival point for the National Express services that previously ran from Poole Bus Station.

The coach park is located directly adjacent to Poole Bus Station and will provide easy access to and from local bus services.

Car parking, including disabled spaces, is available at the new facility making it easier for National Express passengers, especially those with heavy luggage, to be dropped off and collected.

This move has helped ease congestion in the bus station and as a result assists local bus services running on time.

Two stops with shelters are provided for National Express services. They are clearly marked with seating also available. A further stop is provided for a dedicated bus service to Bournemouth University.

The coach park is also available for visiting and tour coaches with easy level access to the town centre. Both the Dolphin Shopping Centre and Lighthouse theatre are less than 5 minutes walking distance away.
